Passenger Assistant job in Norwich, Norfolk
Rydepal Ltd is hiring passenger assistants in Norwich and across Norfolk to support school transport on Norfolk County Council contracts. You will play a vital role in ensuring that children and vulnerable students have a safe, calm and positive journey to and from school.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during transport
- Assist with boarding and exiting vehicles
- Work closely with drivers in a professional, friendly environment
Requirements
- Caring, patient and professional approach with children and vulnerable passengers
- Enhanced DBS eligibility (we can support your application)
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow safeguarding procedures
- Good communication with drivers, parents and school staff
